About us

Hello, we are Nadine and Markus.

Our story began when we spent our honeymoon at Königssee. We were immediately captivated by the wonderful area. It is a place where we feel alive and where we intensely felt our love for nature and tranquillity. So we decided to realize our dream of owning a vacation home in this enchanting region.

Another highlight was in 2021 when we discovered the “Preber” penthouse in beautiful Lungau in Salzburger Land. It was love at first sight! Initially, the spacious penthouse had two bedrooms; we then extended it with an additional bedroom with the support of our friends. The penthouse now offers space for up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms.

We love spending time in the apartments. Whether with our children or friends, our time in the apartments is always special. The memories we create together here are priceless. We hope you will love it as much as we do and create memories of your own here.

 

General rules

1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. We ask you to respect this smoking ban.
2. Waste separation: We attach great importance to environmental protection and therefore ask you to observe waste separation. Please separate the waste according to the given guidelines and use the provided waste containers accordingly.
3. Free parking: Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking lot, which is reserved for our guests. Please observe the parking rules and ensure that no other vehicles or access routes are blocked.
4. Noise and quiet times: We ask that you respect the peace and quiet at night as well as the general quiet times. Avoid excessive noise, especially in the late evening and early morning hours, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5. Liability for damage: Please treat the vacation apartments and their furnishings with care. In case of damage or loss of inventory, please inform us immediately. Responsibility for damage caused by improper use or negligence lies with the person responsible.
6. Pets: Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
7. Number of guests: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment may not be exceeded unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

We ask you to observe these house rules during your stay in our vacation apartment. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the rules and, if necessary, to take legal action.
