1. Collection and use of data: We only collect the personal data required to process your booking and to carry out your stay. This generally includes your name, your contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail address) and any other information that you provide to us voluntarily.
2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing: We use the data you provide exclusively to fulfill and process your booking and to communicate with you in connection with your stay. The legal basis for the processing of your data results from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as the processing is necessary for the execution of the contract.
3. Disclosure of data: We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or to comply with legal obligations.
4. Storage and deletion of data: We only store your data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contract and to comply with statutory retention obligations. After these periods have expired, your data will be deleted.
