Terms of Use

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the vacation apartment:

• Booking: The booking is binding and can be made in writing, by e-mail or by telephone.
• Cancellation: Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking amount.
• Deposit: The deposit is 30% of the total amount. The booking is only binding once payment of the deposit has been confirmed.
• Payment: Payment is made before arrival in the agreed currency and in the amount stated.
• Liability: Use of the apartment at your own risk. No liability for injuries, accidents or loss of personal belongings.
• House rules: Observance of the house rules that apply to the vacation apartment. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
• Data protection: Treatment of personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Severability clause: Ineffective provisions have no effect on the remaining provisions.

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the landlord and the tenant of the vacation apartment. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
